The Application Management module enables comprehensive oversight of all boundary-change proposals. Staff can sort, search, and filter applications by type, status, or keyword, and view detailed summaries that include task counts, overdue requirements, and next hearing dates. Each record includes over 180 database fields to ensure compliance with CKH Act requirements, capturing every aspect of the process—from completeness reviews and tax exchange tracking to hearing scheduling and Commission decisions. A guided seven-step application wizard simplifies intake for new submittals, helping staff ensure that all information and documents are entered correctly from the start.
