Overview
This feature automates the creation, delivery, and tracking of notices required under the CKH Act. Staff can send notices by email, mail, or publication, using pre-built templates that auto-populate from application data. Delivery outcomes are tracked for accountability, and all notices are logged with a full audit trail. Internally, CivicBound also sends system notifications for staff—alerting users of status changes, task assignments, new uploads, or upcoming deadlines—to keep everyone informed and aligned.
